No. 45/100: Forsberg Back-To-Back Hatties – It hasn’t happened since 2010 when Alex Burrows surprisingly enough scored back to back hat-tricks for the Vancouver Canucks. Last season, Nashville’s Filip Forsberg scored 6 goals in back to back games giving him the number 45 on Sportsnet’s Top 100 moments from last year.

So who had the most hat-tricks in his career?  – Wayne Gretzky with 50 of them. By the way ‘The Great One’ also had 10 hatties in the playoffs as well.

However the fastest hat-trick scored by an individual ice hockey player in a National Hockey League game is 21 seconds by Bill Mosienko (Canada) playing for the Chicago Blackhawks against the New York Rangers on March 23rd, 1952.
