Out of all the nominees for ‘Best Song or Parody’ HippyDL is the only musician in the group that usually sticks to creating music videos or videos of live performances. But the guys hit a ‘high note’ with this video! Despite there being other videos based on the ‘Moves Like Jagger’ song, the judging panel thought musically this was the best one. Great lyrics, well produced music and a campy video to go along…you just can’t lose!
King Dylan started producing music vids about 4 years ago, and when it comes to numbers this nominated video pulled down the most views in his collection. Would love to see him and Broken Ride (I can only assume that is the other fellow) do another hockey parody. With the musical talent behind them, they could give some others a real run for their money. Another brilliant effort and we would love to see more!
